vivll.com is a personal professional website. It does not run advertising trackers or sell data, and it asks for no personal information beyond what you choose to send when you contact Vivek Singh Chandel. This notice explains what is collected and your choices.
What this site collects
- Nothing by default from forms. The site has no sign-up or data-collection forms. Contact happens through links you choose to use — email, WhatsApp, phone or the booking link — which take you to those services directly.
- On-device preferences. Your display and accessibility choices (theme, contrast, motion, text size) are saved in your browser's local storage, on your own device. They are not transmitted to us.
- Server logs. Like any website, the hosting layer records standard technical request data (such as IP address, timestamp and page requested) for security and reliability, and keeps it only as long as needed for those purposes.
Analytics & cookies
With your consent, this site uses two privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how it is used and improve it: Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymisation) and Microsoft Clarity (with automatic masking of text and inputs). Neither loads, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline — or simply ignore the banner — no analytics run at all. There are no advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
When you get in touch
If you email, message or book a call, you share the information in that message with Vivek directly. It is used only to respond to you, and is not added to any marketing list.
Processors
The site is served through standard web-hosting and content-delivery infrastructure. If you accept analytics, aggregated and anonymised usage data is processed by Google (Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity). If you contact Vivek, your message is handled by the provider you chose to use (for example, your email or messaging service).
