Vivek Singh Chandel — also written Vivek S. Chandel — is an India-based technology consultant specialising in JusticeTech and GovTech. A technocrat by temperament and a consultant by trade, he works where India's justice system meets its technology stack: e-Filing, digital case-management, AI-assisted legal research and Digital Public Infrastructure.
His work spans the Supreme Court, High Courts and the GST Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), within the national mandate of the e-Courts Project. He contributed to the GSTAT e-Filing Portal — India's first fully digital tax tribunal platform, launched by the Hon'ble Union Finance Minister on 24 September 2025 — and has since trained tax officers and practitioners on it across the country, including as invited faculty at NACIN, Chennai.
